WTB is honored to announce Justin’s promotion to Associate as of March 1st. Justin graduated from Clarkson University in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering and Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Planning and Management in 2015.He received his P.E. License in 2016. Justin is an integral member of our Water Resources Department and we look forward to his future on the management team.
WTB is honored to announce Andy’s promotion to Associate as of March 1st. Andy graduated in 2015 from Virginia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering. He received his P.E. License in 2021. Andy is a valuable member of our Roadway Design Department and we look forward to his future on the management team.
